On March 26, the Valle Encantado destination, located in the Misiones province of Argentina, became the ninth destination to join the World Network of Emerging Destinations, an initiative promoted by the World Travel Journalism Organization (WTJO).
The signing ceremony was attended by Miguel Ledhesma, founding president of the WTJO; Juan José Mac Donald, mayor of Aristóbulo del Valle; Eldor Aníbal Hut, mayor of Salto Encantado; Clarisa Reinaldo, secretary of the Selva and Cascadas Tourism Chamber; Patricia Mattive, director of Tourism for Aristóbulo del Valle; and Ana Koubas, director of Tourism for Salto Encantado.
With this step, Valle Encantado reaffirms its commitment to sustainable, inclusive tourism with a unique identity, positioning itself internationally as a destination with great potential.
